Here is useful information for those requesting photos/graphics from graphics and imaging techs.

Below are the names of "DROPS" or drop folders where photos and graphics get saved from the Macs for use in the APT system. The names are self explanatory. Please write the name, onto the photo or graphic proof, of the drop where you'd like photos or graphics sent for APT pages.

For Harris pages, request photos to be sent to "iwsjin" or "aijadv" as usual.

As a reminder, if Laura, Jason or Brent are in the graphics department, graphics corrections and requests should be directed to them rather than the imaging techs. Please take a moment to look for them and if they are not there, leave it with the imaging tech, on the black plastic organizer.
