INTRODUCTION

This is the Wisconsin State Journal wiki for APT Falcon. A wiki is a Web site where every page can be edited in a web browser by anybody who reads it.

Check this wiki on a regular basis. It will be updated frequently. Drag a link to the bookmark bar of your browser. Right now!

Look to the left for navigation to specific pages. Click the triangle to open subsections of specific interest under "updates, tips and tricks." The main section is a general Q&A that will be updated as questions come up.

You can pitch in to help keep it updated as well. Set up an account using the “Apply to be a writer” function on the right side of the home page

Why might you want to use this wiki?
  • It's good for sharing ideas among all staff.
  • It's more collaborative and better than swapping endless e-mails.
  • It's accessible from anywhere with a web connection.
  • It's an instant, easily updated archive of what we all know.

Feel free to make comments on everyone else's ideas and writing on the same page--maybe even in the same paragraph. Doing this keeps conversations together.

How should you not use the wiki?
  • To throw out uninformed ideas or advice that is not tested or reliable.
  • To debate unproductively. Offer information, not opinion.

Go ahead and check it out!
